Features



DVDD1 and DVDD2:

− Input voltage: 0.6 V ~ 2.0 V

− Output current: 1200 mA

− Output voltage: 0.6 V ~ 1.8 V at 6 mV/step

− Dropout: 120 mV at 1.2 V, 1200 mA output

− ±0.5% (typ.) accuracy



AVDD1, AVDD2:

− Input voltage: 2.5 V ~ 5.5 V

− Output current: 400 mA

− Output voltage: 1.2 V ~ 4.3 V at 12.5

mV/step

− Dropout: 125 mV at 2.8 V, 400 mA output

− ±0.5% (typ.) accuracy



Description

The DIO8015 is a PMIC with 4 integrated LDOs. The

PMIC has two low dropout LDOs for high current

DVDD and two high PSRR LDOs for noise-sensitive

power rails.

The DIO8015 has two independent input pins for

individual LDOs. The VIN1 pin is the power supply of

LDO1 and LDO2; the VIN2 pin is the power supply of

LDO3 and LDO4. VIN2 also supplies the LDO control

module and digital logic module of the IC.

The output voltage and power-up sequence of LDOs

can be set through the I2C interface. The 7-bit I2C

address of the device is 010 1000 by default.

The DIO8015 is available in Pb-free, halogen-free,

DFN2*2-10 package.


