General Description
TheHT83B60istheMaskversionoftheHT83F02butalsoincludesanintegrated8MbitsofVoice
ROM,connectedtotheMCUbyaninternalSPISerialInterface.This8-bithighperformance
microcontrollerincludesawiderangeoffunctionsandspecialaudiofeatureswhichincludeavoice
synthesizerandtonegenerator.
ThisdeviceisdesignedforapplicationswhichrequiremultipleI/Osandsoundeffects,suchas
voiceandmelody.Italsoincludesanintegratedhighquality,voltagetypeDACaswellasaPWM
generator.
Thisdevicewillformanexcellentsolutionforversatilevoiceandsoundeffectproductapplications
withtheirefficientMCUinstructionsprovidingtheuserwithprogrammingcapabilityforpowerful
customapplications.Thesystemfrequencycanbeupto12MHzatanoperatingvoltageof5Vand
includespower-downfunctionstoreducepowerconsumption.Afullchoiceofoscillatorfunctions
areprovidedincludingafullyintegratedsystemoscillatorwhichrequiresnoexternalcomponents
foritsimplementation.
