General Description

TheHT66F0176deviceisaFlashMemoryA/Dtype8-bithighperformanceRISCarchitecture

microcontroller.OfferinguserstheconvenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,the

devicealsoincludesawiderangeoffunctionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludesanareaofRAM

DataMemoryaswellasanareaoftrueEEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledatasuchas

serialnumbers,calibratuibdata,etc.

Analogfeaturesincludeamulti-channel12-bitA/Dconverterandacomparatorfunctions.Multiple

andextremelyflexibleTimerModulesprovidetiming,pulsegenerationandPWMgeneration

functions.CommunicationwiththeoutsideworldiscateredforbyincludingfullyintegratedSPI,

I2C,andUARTinterfacefunctions,popularinterfaceswhichprovidedesignerswithameansofeasy

communicationwithexternalperipheralhardware.ProtectivefeaturessuchasaninternalWatchdog

Timer,LowVoltageResetandLowVoltageDetectorcoupledwithexcellentnoiseimmunityand

ESDprotectionensurethatreliableoperationismaintainedinhostileelectricalenvironments.

Afullchoiceofexternal,internalhighandlowoscillatorsareprovidedincludingafullyintegrated

systemoscillatorwhichrequiresnoexternalcomponentsforitsimplementation.Theabilityto

operateandswitchdynamicallybetweenarangeofoperatingmodesusingdifferentclocksources

givesuserstheabilitytooptimisemicrocontrolleroperationandminimizepowerconsumption.
