Not connected pins are internally not connected and can be left floating or can be connected to any voltage level.

See Figure 6 and Figure 19 for recommend connections for pin FB1 and FB2.

Internally connected pins should be connected to GND.
For enhanced thermal and electrical performance, the exposed center pad of the
package should be soldered to board ground (and not to any other voltage level).
