(PC = Program Counter)
Description: If the Z flag is set then the PC value is replaced with the specified value, causing a jump
to another location in the program memory.

Z,S not affected.

Example:
If the Z flag is set then the instruction:
JPZ 1123
1110|0100 01100011
causes the PC to be loaded with the value 1123 and the program to continue from that
location.
