TheRESET#inputprovidesahardwaremethodofresettingthedevicetostandbystate.WhenRESET#is
drivenLowforatleastaperiodoftRP,thedeviceimmediately:
• terminatesanyoperationinprogress,
• exitsanyASO,
• tristatesalloutputs,
• resetstheStatusRegister,
• resetstheEACtostandbystate.
• CE#isignoredforthedurationoftheresetoperation(tRPH).
• TomeettheResetcurrentspecification(ICC5)CE#mustbeheldHigh.
Toensuredataintegrityanyoperationthatwasinterruptedshouldbereinitiatedoncethedeviceisreadyto
acceptanothercommandsequence.
