NARROW-BAND

Device configuration profile: receiver = 25 kHz bandwidth, receiver IF = 490 kHz, I/Q rate = 144 kHz, transmitter = 25 kHz bandwidth, I/Q rate

= 144 kHz, device clock = 38.4 MHz, and an internal LO is used for all measurements. Measurements are at nominal power supply voltages.

All RF specifications are based on measurements that include PCB and matching circuit losses, unless otherwise noted. Specifications are

applicable over the lifetime of the device.

30 MHz LO

The temperature settings refer to the die temperature. All LO frequencies are set to 30 MHz, unless otherwise noted.
