Theonlywayofchangingthevalueofthe16-bitcounterusingtheapplicationprogram,isto clearthecounterbychangingtheSTONbitfromlowtohigh.Thecounterwillalsobecleared automaticallybyacounteroverfloworacomparematchwithoneofitsassociatedcomparators. Whentheseconditionsoccur,aSTMinterruptsignalwillalsousuallybegenerated.TheStandard TypeTMcanoperateinanumberofdifferentoperationalmodes,canbedrivenbydifferentclock sourcesincludinganinputpinandcanalsocontrolanoutputpin.Alloperatingsetupconditionsare selectedusingrelevantinternalregisters. |
