2.Therowbelowthe3V/5VtrimvoltagerowisprovidedtoshowthevaluesforthefullVDDrangeoperating

voltage.Itisrecommendedthatthetrimvoltageisfixedat3Vforapplicationvoltagerangesfrom2.2V

to3.6Vandfixedat5Vforapplicationvoltagerangesfrom3.3Vto5.5V.

3.Theminimumandmaximumtolerancevaluesprovidedinthetableareonlyforthefrequencyatwhich

thewritertrimstheHIRCoscillator.Aftertrimmingatthischosenspecificfrequencyanychangein

HIRCoscillatorfrequencyusingtheoscillatorregistercontrolbitsbytheapplicationprogramwillgivea

frequencytolerancetowithin±20%.
