CDC compensation: external configuration

The CDC block acts as a second-order correction and creates a positive feedback that can

impact overall system stability. To avoid any issues that could render the loop unstable, the

CV setpoint time response must be much lower than the main control signal. For this

reason, the CDC block is designed with a time response of a few tens of milliseconds.
