Blank check operation description Description Flow in sequence Check Flash Memory JTAG Device ID IDCODE if device is secured, exit with error if ID not matched, exit with error Enable Turbo Programming Mode TURBO-PROG-ENABLE Enter ISC mode ISC-ENABLE Blank-Check selected sectors, except OTP ISC-BLANK-CHECK (all selected sectors except OTP) if not blank, report each non-blank sector Blank-Check OTP sector: (a) read OTP sector from DUT (b) compare FF’s with the first 30 bytes.
