68 / 87 page  ISC logic description PM00020 68/87 If sector is not blank checked, the value of the corresponding bits is meaningless. Note: Bit 51 can be used to address the OTP sector only for a blank check operation, the value of this bit is not considered during an Erase operation, in fact the OTP cannot be erased. It is not possible to address the Security bit, OTP, and the CFI (MFG code and ID code) sectors. 12.4.10 Configuration register The Lock bit value stored in the bit 63 can only be shifted out, executing the ISC_CONFIGURATION instruction.
