SOCKET n is operated as ‘TCP SERVER’ by Sn_CR [LISTEN]. ‘TCP SERVER’ waits for SYN Packet

in Sn_SR (SOCK_LISTEN)

 ESTABLISHED?

‘TCP SERVER’ keeps Sn_SR (SOCK_LISTEN) until received SYN Packet. If ‘TCP SERVER’ receives

SYN Packet from ‘TCP CLIENT’, it transmits SYN/ACK Packet to ‘TCP CLIENT’ and the

Connection Process between ‘TCP SERVER’ and ‘TCP CLIENT’ is completed.

If there is no response from Peer against of transmitted SYN Packet or SYN/ACK Packet within

the Retransmission Time, Sn_IR [TIMEOUT] is set to ‘1’.
