91 / 113 page  SH79F166A 91 8.7 Low Power Detect (LPD) 8.7.1 Feature An internal flag indicates low power is detected LPD detect voltage is selectable LPD de-bounce timer TLVR is about 30-60µs The low power detect (LPD) is used to monitor the supply voltage and generate an internal flag if the voltage decrease below the specified value.
