PWM mode:
Unused in this mode.
Legend:
R = Readable bit
W = Writable bit
U = Unimplemented bit, read as ‘0’
- n = Value at POR
‘1’ = Bit is set
‘0’ = Bit is cleared
x = Bit is unknown
