IntheCompareMatchOutputMode,theT5IO1andT5IO0bitsdeterminehowthe

TM5outputpinchangesstatewhenacomparematchoccursfromtheComparatorA.

TheTM5outputpincanbesetuptoswitchhigh,switchlowortotoggleitspresent

statewhenacomparematchoccursfromtheComparatorA.Whenthebitsareboth

zero,thennochangewilltakeplaceontheoutput.TheinitialvalueoftheTM5output

pinshouldbesetupusingtheT5OCbitintheTM5C1register.Notethattheoutput

levelrequestedbytheT5IO1andT5IO0bitsmustbedifferentfromtheinitialvalue

setupusingtheT5OCbitotherwisenochangewilloccurontheTM5outputpinwhen

acomparematchoccurs.AftertheTM5outputpinchangesstateitcanberesettoits

initiallevelbychangingtheleveloftheT5ONbitfromlowtohigh.

InthePWMMode,theT5IO1andT5IO0bitsdeterminehowtheTMoutputpin

changesstatewhenacertaincomparematchconditionoccurs.ThePWMoutput

functionismodifiedbychangingthesetwobits.Itisnecessarytoonlychangethe

valuesoftheT5IO1andT5IO0bitsonlyaftertheTM5hasbeenswitchedoff.

UnpredictablePWMoutputswilloccuriftheT5IO1andT5IO0bitsarechangedwhen

theTMisrunning.
