Gyroscope turn-on/off time

The delay in order to switch gyroscope modes is shown in Table 16.

Table 17 clarifies how many gyroscope samples have to be discarded when switching from

gyroscope Sleep mode to Low-Power / Normal / High-Performance mode or when the

accelerometer / gyroscope ODR is changed, depending on the output data rate selection.

Setting the DRDY_MASK bit of the CTRL4_C register to 1, the accelerometer and

gyroscope data-ready signals are masked until the settling of the sensor filters is completed:

this feature allows automatically ignoring the samples to be discarded.
