VBUS[11:0]: This register contains the most recent digitized value of a VBUS measurement (sample).
This value is a 12-bit unsigned number, unless VBUS is configured to have a bipolar range. In that case,
the value is stored using 11 bits and one sign bit (2’s complement).
Refresh or Refresh_V commands do not reset this register.
