 4.6. MODE REGISTER 5 (MR5)
Mode Register 5 defines digital RAS, PLL band‐width and low power modes as shown in Figure 29.
The register is programmed via the MODE REGISTER SET (MRS) command with BA0=1, BA1=0, BA2=1 
and BA3=0.
