Contrl COM-side (Common) : I/O port and two 100K dividing resistors jointly controlled Common line, when the IO output "0", the Common-line is low level (0V), when the IO push-pull output "1", the Common line is high level (VCC), when IO as high-impedance input, the Common line is 1/2VCC.
