102 / 110 page  STM32L0 Core Peripherals PM0223 102/110 DocID025763 Rev 1 Normally, you write the required region number to this register before accessing the MPU_RBAR or MPU_RASR. However you can change the region number by writing to the MPU_RBAR with the VALID bit set to 1, see MPU Region Base Address Register on page 102. This write updates the value of the REGION field. 4.5.4 MPU Region Base Address Register The MPU_RBAR defines the base address of the MPU region selected by the MPU_RNR, and writes to this register can update the value of the MPU_RNR. See the register summary in Table 35 on page 99 for its attributes. Write MPU_RBAR with the VALID bit set to 1 to change the current region number and update the MPU_RNR. The bit assignments are: 31 30 29 28 27 26 25 24 23 22 21 20 19 18 17 16 Reserved 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 76 5432 1 0 Reserved REGION Bits31:8 Reserved, must be kept cleared. Bits 7:0 REGION Indicates the MPU region referenced by the MPU_RBAR and MPU_RASR registers.
