VDDESD 2. VDDA 3. VDD_BULK 4. VDDD 5. VDDIO 6. Ramp up signals on any inputs 7. Release N_RESET_# If the control overall supplies is not possible, at least care must be taken for the sensor supplies to raise up in the following order: 1. VDDESD 2. VDD_BULK, VDDA, VDDD, VDDIO 3. Ramp up signals on any inputs 4. Release N_RESET_# For the LCC Ceramic package versions, it is important that VDD ramps prior to any digital input signal. The Power Off sequence is the inverse order of Power On, for above both situations. Information: • Fault A: Any VDDx is supplied before VDDESD or to a higher value than VDDESD. • Fault B: Digital inputs are supplied prior to supply of VDDESD |
