Set the port condition during stopping outputting

a piezoelectric buzzer ( “H” level output ).

Timer 3 interrupts : Disabled

The T3OUT output is stopped at this point (stop

outputting a piezoelectric buzzer ).

The piezoelectric buzzer request occured in the

main processing is processed in the output unit.

During stopping outputting a piezoelectric buzzer (P4 7)
