The FS23 enters OTP mode in M3 state of the main state machine, when VDBG > VOTP_MODE. NXP
recommends applying VOTP_MODE with an external power supply at DBG pin before applying VSUP. In this case,
the diode protects VBOS pin. For OTP programming process, VDBG shall be equal to VOTP_MODE.
