If BATPRES is enabled in PROCHOT after the battery is removed, it will

immediately send out one-shot PROCHOT pulse.

Adapter removal PROCHOT Profile

0b: disable <default at POR>

1b: enable

EN_LWPWR= 0b to assert PROCHOT pulse after adapter removal.

If PP_ACOK is enabled in PROCHOT after the adapter is removed, it will be

pulled low.
